Fergie

Born Robert Ferguson, Fergie is a popular Irish DJ who started his career at a very young age. His first gig happened when he was only 14 years old but he was eventually removed from the deck by the police because of his age. Rumor has it that he stood on milk crates in order to reach his equipment.
Because of his reputation and amazing skills at such a young age, he became a DJ at "The Met" where he was noticed by notable producers and other DJs. During his gigs at "The Met" he was able to appear in various clubs in Ireland. He eventually moved to London in the 90s where his reputation expanded across UK and Ibiza where he appeared in some of places hottest clubs.
His popularity in UK was cemented when he was asked by BBC Radio 1 to be part of the late night weekend shows. He stayed in the station from 2002 to 2006 wherein he featured notable DJs as well as playing his remixes. His last show was done live in his country, at Kelly's pub.
With more than 20 years of experience in the industry, Fergie's approach to electronic music is not just based on remixes. He is also the owner of a well known record label, Excentric Muzik. The world renowned DJ is in addition a consistent contributor to DJ Mag. He is also known for organizing, promoting and DJing in various events especially those that features his hometown football team, Larne F.C.
